Wednesday Night Group Therapy

Group Shapes-painting-242x300Ongoing, unstructured, awareness-based psychotherapy group for adults.

Focus on self acceptance, expression of feeling, relationship challenges, transitions and vulnerabilities, including self-esteem, addictive patterns, marital and work tensions, parenting, break-ups, fears of change, effective communication, short guided meditations, mindfulness, and spirituality.  Very comfortable, safe, interactive, supportive environment for sharing and exploring. 
Limited to eight members. Meets alternate Wednesday evenings, 7:15-9:30. This is a very special group with a long-standing, upbeat, bright and very supportive membership. We are soon to launch our third year of ongoing, regular meetings with a diverse, core group of participants, though new members are most welcome into the mix whenever openings occur. Led by Dr. Art Rosengarten, a licensed Jungian psychologist/author with over 30 years of private practice and leading groups. Note: Wednesday Night Group  is ongoing, with a limited membership.  Arrangements must be made in advance to join and are subject to availability.

-New Group: INQUIRE about a newly forming afternoon section, tentatively titled:”Wednesday Afternoon Group Therapy” slated for Alternate Wednesday afternoons, 12:30-2:30 pm beginning in Fall, 2011. Interested candidates should contact us asap and will be notified by Dr. Rosengarten when official start-date is determined. Cost, issues/context will be same as Wednesday Night Group. $50 per group session.
